Life is rough right now.

So I’m letting the systems I’ve put in place work for me, I’m evaluating, I’m choosing to see people for who they are good and bad, separating the noise from the truth… and I’m finally actually writing. Writing a paranormal romance novel.

How’s bulk mode going?

Well… I had a craving for a hotdog like @druidcitybrewingco makes… so I made some at home for me and Lindsey:

Bacon cheese brats, garlic ranch, mustard, BBQ chips, and mozzarella on a toasted bun

So that was breakfast.

I’ll be sad when I start cutting season again soon.

Didn’t progress my deadlift this week. So current numbers are: 465 SQUAT, 325 BENCH, 500 DEADLIFT, 260 PUSH PRESS! At a little over 200 lbs bodyweight.

Do what keeps you coming back to the gym, park, or wherever you workout. Consistency over time is the most important part, so you have to do what keeps you engaged.

I even like going to other gyms to try new things and to see what’s out there.
