Away in a tower
His bare feet all red
Little lord John McLane
Leaves terrorists 4 dead.

Breaks necks ina staircase
Ties a hose round his waist
Jumps out ofthe building
& crawl through the vents

He'll take their machine gun
Make the bad guys all pay
Drop Hans frm the top floor
& shout Yippee Kay-ay

I’m very pleased that Jonathan Gullis has joined Reform – we need more conviction politicians with strongly held principles. In other news, here he is explaining why there is absolutely no chance he would ever defect to Reform.

It's the 1st of December and it's the start of a strange week: last Friday, I had a painful injection into my knee to see if that will temporarily help with the everyday crippling pain, rather than moving straight to my recommended knee replacement surgery to sort out my lack of cartilage and arthritis in that knee.  The consultant then told me, "no swimming and no saunas" - due to the infection risk - and "no running at all, ever, no cycling for a week, and drastically reduce my step count", all for the first week of December.

Many people - OK, nobody, actually - ask me what my longest ride was, either in real life or virtually. The answer is 162.89km virtually, and I rode this back on 25 February 2024 on FulGaz.  They say: "Are you up for the challenge? Located in the stunning California Alps, the "Tour of…

Could @bbcnewsnight.bsky.social please have a word with their colleagues about Children In Need?

In the run up to Christmas in the present economic climate, surely it would be better for it to take place in April or May?

Nigel Farage doesn’t care about losing in Caerphilly. He’s still getting all the publicity and he’s the only thing he cares about. He wouldn’t want to be Prime Minister because he’d actually have to work whilst being paid less than he can grift now and we all know what a lazy fucker he is.

It’s clear to me what Trump is up to:

1. Stir up dissent.
2. Make up claims about violence and crime.
3. Send in the troops.
4. Declare a national state of emergency.
5. Suspend elections as they’re too dangerous in such a time of emergency.
6. Cling on to power.
7. Continue enriching Trumps
