Todays a good day for a lil holiday, right? 😏
I spent the morning reading and now I’m prepping tonight’s dinner – we’re using leftover rotisserie chicken from last night for tacos, elote pasta salad from Aldi, and baked zucchini topped with shredded parm. 🥰 sounds pretty good, right??

I write out affirmations every morning.
I’ve dealt with depression for as long as I can remember. It’s just always been my side kick.
Until earlier this year – yes there are days I still struggle b/c that’s just life.
But morning pages and positive self talk has done wonders for me.
