Just heard an ad on a podcast for new Converse sneakers that come with airtag tech that stops your kids’ shoes from being lost. That… I’m not clever for seeing dozens of ways that’s bad, yeah? Somebody’s kid is gonna get kidnapped because a pervert remote-hacked their shoes. This dystopia is stupid.

I’m as delighted as anyone that Newsom is hitting Trump this hard, but we all know not to like him for it, right? Looking good compared to Trump is the easiest thing in the world. Newsom sucks; trans rights, unhoused issues, that damn podcast guest list. Don’t hope he’ll be president, he’s awful.

I really thought Epstein killed himself. Any conspiracy involved was the guards not doing their required every-half-hour check as he did it. That was the simplest explanation to me.

This 4th of July, I think I’m going to investigate how much charitable giving I’ll have to do in order to not owe taxes next year. If billionaires can do it to avoid paying for roads, I can do it to avoid paying for ICE.

So the show pages for the Minnesota Fringe Festival go live in a few days, and I just wanted to state now, for the record, if the show image is AI then I will not be seeing the show. Same as if the script was plagiarized, or if the props were stolen. It’s the same.

Since, say, the end of WW2, how many clashes between protestors and police were escalated by the protestors? Gotta be a couple. But all the ones I’ve been cognizant of; Minneapolis 2020, NYC 2002, L.A. RIGHT NOW, it’s the cops upping the violence. Every. Single. Time.
