Sheringham's Eastern Black Redstart pooped a fair bit today, so it seemed rude not to get a small sample. I'd love to know if it could be sequenced & see what it matches in the Aberdeen database...

In the last week I have picked 3 dead Greenfinches off the grass in the garden.😢 None appear to have been injured by cat or Hawk or flown into a window, unlike the young Goldfinch that hit my window yesterday, after an hour being kept safe on my hand it flew off strongly.😀
