First time seeing some David Cronenberg locations in person. A Dangerous Method isn’t one of my favorites, but I appreciated it more in a recent rewatch with audio commentary.

Flew down to Savannah to see The Life of Chuck, followed by an in-person Q&A with @markhamillofficial.bsky. Met people in line who were super-obsessed with Star Wars. Thought that was a bit crazy at first, then remembered that I flew to Georgia to see a movie I already saw in the theater twice.

Drove over an hour to see Del Toro’s Frankenstein. Figured if I was gonna go out of my way to do it, I should see it on actual film.

The eldest has told me their friends want to meet me so they can understand “why they’re like that.” This stuff is probably a contributing factor.
