Then other days, I'm able to come up with a custom GOO Warlock patron for a player for a oneshot...
That's liked enough by my own DM that they put it in their campaign?!
(My oneshot is in the same 'verse BUT STILL)

Man. Different situation, but I feel you. Having to accept new limits due to injury/disability is so discouraging when you used to be able to do so much. But as you say, it's ok and normal. And things do get better with that acceptance.

Handing it to them today so had to take another picture now that the fabric has been washed of pencil marks!
