Not enough of a foodie to have a vault, but if I may shorten 5 years to 1, I'm sad about EDIT in Hackney closing. A lot of plant-based tasting menus are very "hope you like miso!" and everything blurs into one, where EDIT's each course focused on a single vegetable simply prepared really well

Seems unfair that you only get to use the bouncy slide to get off a plane when things have gone wrong. The bouncy slide should be a treat they give to the best passengers who did the flight correctly.
