I have just finished reading 5 books by RF Kuang. I can safely recommend them all. The stories are amazing. But maybe read something cozy in between them. lol! As soon as I move, I will pre-order the new book!

Welp… I made my goal. Last year I had read 50. I upped it this year to 75. (I read a super short book so adjusted to account for that) I haven’t really wanted to watch tv this year. (I keep seeing this orange grease spot that makes me want to turn it off) so instead, I read to relax.

Another great episode of Doctor Who. It’s odd: there were a couple of things he said where I thought “wait, what about ‘Kill the Moon’” or “didn’t they do that in ‘The Hungry Earth’?” (I did look up the episode titles because I didn’t want to even vaguely spoil anything.)

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequences from speech. It means you are free to say what you want to say without criminal prosecution. If you are being hateful, then others have a right to fire back against that hate; including civil suits (libel or slander).
