You will hear the word ‘weasly’ used time and time again when people talk about Mason, because it’s the perfect word to describe him, and they’re the ones being kind to him.

Never forget that, to quote Lord Justice Sedley “beyond the everyday world ... lies the world of VAT; a kind of fiscal theme park in which factual and legal realities are suspended or inverted."

(If you don't read VAT cases for fun then you've no idea what you're missing.)

You are so right, Alex. Last night our 18yo son James made us an extremely good mushroom risotto.

Huge respect for 34% who voted for the person who lucky guessed his way to the final five but ruined his chances by being such a bellend that his closest ally turned against him.

Sad that Albert Molinaro, who played Al Delvecchio in Happy Days, died on Henry Winkler’s birthday in 2015 (although Al had lived to the ripe old age of 96).

My Mum bought these when she waved me off to Uni at Grimsby Station. She probably wanted to check I’d finally gone so she could have a rest from the extra washing and cooking. That said, she did once bring a food parcel for me to a Barry Manilow gig at the Apollo when I was living in Whalley Range.

Luckily for us, Lord Stockwood of Nunsthorpe convinced David that Cleethorpes was the place for him and here we are now, 3rd in League Two and still in the FA Cup and the League Cup. UTM!

His spell at Crewe turned out to be very successful, but he left after the club sold his best players following promotion to Division One. His time at Crewe was not forgotten though and after decided to return to football after a sabbatical, a number of clubs were still interested in his signature.

…Just looking back at the details of that day and it turns out that the day was a more significant day in the future of Grimsby Town than we could ever had imagined. A promising young coach called David Artell had just been appointed as Crewe manager the month before and this was his first win…

I thought people opposing Gary Neville were upstanding citizens with legitimate concerns. Shocked to hear that these stout fellows are members of a far right movement.

This is one of the most wrong opinions to ever appear on Anon Opin. Before we even start to consider the thousands of artists who have released better tracks than the two mentioned, even Tears For Fears and Crowded House have released better tracks. Utter nonsense.

“It’s a low level mistake, but still…” Jimmy Mulville in no way trying to play down the fact that his programme made wholly false claims about a government contract being awarded to a relative of a senior Labour figure. I wouldn’t have described false allegations of corruption a ‘low level mistake’.

I think True Blue must be the best. I only know the five singles from it but two of them are great (Live To Tell and Papa Don’t Preach) and the other three are very good (Open Your Heart, La Isla Bonita and True Blue).

Mine are older and have similar ‘old school’ tastes but they also appear to know quite a lot about modern mainstream stuff even though they don’t listen to it, so your son might know more than you think.

I’ll believe it when I hear/see it. So, far he’s done nothing but play to Farage’s tune.
