And this bit, THIS FUCKING BIT of their response. When they say "first-hand perspectives", when they say "people directly involved" deserve a platform, who do they consider first-hand? Not the dead trans kid! Fuck no! But their bigoted parents represented by a political lobby group? Hell yeah!

I've been a bit quiet this week. Longer version on Facebook, shorter version: my grandma passed very suddenly on Monday. She was an incredibly strong-minded woman and a huge part of my life. My daughter is named after her. I think I'm going to feel devastated for a long time.
