“I can’t answer that.” I was reminded of this moment in the last few days with all the discussion of Epstein. Has any reporter looked into whether Trump has non-disclosure agreements with Epstein victims?
PSAKI: Do you think Donald Trump was aware of that arrangement at Mar-a-Lago?

EPSTEIN SURVIVOR SHARLENE ROCHARD: Umm. I don't know if he was aware. Um. Actually, I can't answer that.

Donald Trump just lost in court again to Illinois.

He’s never had the right to withhold child care funds for Illinoisans — and the District Court’s preliminary injunction tonight has only affirmed that further.

Metry and her husband of 4 years go to DHS to get their I-130 in motion. "Good news" a DHS employee told them, the form to start her naturalization was approved.

DHS employee asks the husband to follow him through a secure door. When it locks behind him, ICE detains his wife to deport her.
EXCLUSIVE: Terez Metry was 13 when her family fled to Tennessee from Egypt in 2011. Then, they left her behind. She only recently discovered she had an order of removal from 2011. But she was following the legal path to citizenship. On Monday, at a routine DHS meeting, Metry was detained.

This from @anneapplebaum.bsky.social is why all the talk of Trump being dovish or isolationist, or on the flip side as a tough hawk, was always just wishcasting from people who hold those views themselves. Which is why the administration is an incoherent grab bag, the absurdity of Rubio and Gabbard.

One way people in more urban areas differ from those in the sticks is this constant DoorDash debate.

Cooking every day is a goddamn drag even when you like cooking. But having the option NOT to cook is a luxury.

DoorDash doesn’t exist here. You can go get takeout. Not even pizza is delivered.

What kind of sick, horrific conditions are children being forced to endure in there?

But we need to know where Schumer and Jeffries stand on DHS funding levels. ICE and CBP are already flush with cash — what are Democrats going to do about that?

Americans have watched in horror as ICE has terrorized communities across the country

Federal agents can’t continue to cause chaos in our cities while more Americans are killed
