Texas is the state that could take the House, Senate, and Presidency off the table for Republicans.

Here's a big reason why I think Democrats can win the TN-7 special election on December 2: the primary vote counts. Primary turnout in the South almost always favors Republicans, not to mention their campaign was attracting more national attention.

"Retweet" and follow me to help get out the word!!
According to experts, if early voting was banned in most circumstances, it would help Republicans because many Democrats would not vote because of timing issues and transportation difficulties.

The turnout drop may not be apparent given turnout increased, but it would still be there.

It's kind of wild how high school kids are showing more enthusiasm against ICE and other political stuff than college kids despite the college ones being eligible to vote in general. I think it is because in college there is a lot more loneliness and no structure in certain ways.

Here's what I mean: most Uralic languages, including Finnish and Hungarian, are complex yet very logical; and their irregularities can usually be explained in another way by another similarity making them not truly irregular.
A lot of scientists come from Finland too. I think part of it is that the structures of Uralic languages, despite Finnish and Hungarian being very different on the surface, contributes to deeper thinking among their native speakers.

Thank goodness I don't have to pay for student loans because my parents took care of them.

Student loans are one of the few kinds of loans that you can't get rid of with bankruptcy.

This is why everything is getting more expensive
The Trump economy is being propped up by a giant speculative bubble of AI and crypto, with a small group of people getting insanely wealthy and everyone else getting screwed while the Mad King tells us everything is great and everyone is thriving.

Reform UK voters think the BBC is socialism for the same reason their kin in the US think PBS is.
BBC Chair Samir Shah and Robbie Gibb asked to explain why they drew up a plan, as revealed by Byline Times, to win back the "trust" of Reform voters, but haven't made similar plans for voters of any other party.

Gibb says Reform voters least likely to trust the BBC bylinetimes.com/2025/06/09/b...

Crazy fact: there is a special election in Tennessee that is extra special in the 7th district. It is purple enough it could give Democrats an extra seat based on previous election performances.

It is already forcing Republican spending in an election that otherwise would not be competitive.

In my humble opinion, you should not have to pay for college. Here's why: making people pay, especially thousands of dollars means that there will be a subset of society that is unable to go because of the cost, meaning that it goes against the concept of education as an equalizing force.
Buying a college education is the norm, High school kids earn theirs .

Some people wondered why the Democrats have never been able to lock in the Latino vote in the way they did for Black voters. The top reason is because Latino communities are diverse in terms of origins meaning there are groups like Cubans and evangelicals that resist Democrats (and less political).

They are doing this to make voting more difficult because a small number of voters will not vote if they cannot vote by mail.
Cleta Mitchell and top anti-voting activists met earlier this month to discuss plans to severely restrict early and mail voting. Mitchell disclosed she is working with state lawmakers to ensure most voting occurs in person on Election Day at precincts.
