The official investigation into the January 6 riots concluded Trump “summoned the mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack" in an effort to halt the peaceful transfer of power.

No billion dollar lawsuit can change reality.

The BBC should call this convicted criminal’s bluff.

Unless a miracle happens and someone fixes the Supreme Court, Congress, and the White House, and shows me how we can permanently prevent fascism, I am going to call it. The Constitution is dead. We need to clean up this mess and start over with a system that has modern security safeguards.

If a crooked president pardons a crook, it should be just as easy to un-pardon them. Why respect this silly tradition?

Why can a judge approve of the president’s use of the National Guard without any burden of proof that it is necessary?
I’m really serious. Does the president have the power to use the military “Just cuz he wants to?” If the answer is yes, something is demanding to be changed.

Today, I’m remembering the courage of John McCain when he voted to protect the ACA and keep millions of Americans from losing insurance.

Protecting and strengthening healthcare for the American people should be something both parties can agree on, and I won’t stop fighting for it.

So, if someone wins an election, that means a majority of people approve of whatever that person wants to do, and we as citizens have a duty to allow that person to do whatever they want?
Absolutely not. We have a duty to protect and preserve our loved ones, our neighbors, and our nation.

I used to say I was a moderate but I guess not.
Moderates are just NIMBYs who don’t know it: nice polite people who mind their own business but who have never put their actual beliefs or preferences to the test. They are fair weather friends.

Our courts are one of the last defenses against Trump. That’s why it’s critical to take his judicial nominees' election denialism claims seriously, as their loyalties lie with the president rather than the rule of law, Rachel Rossi writes.

Dear Senate Dems,

Republicans don’t keep their promises…

Democrats have to stop doing ANYTHING that makes the agenda of the GOP look legitimate, legal, or well-intentioned. Democrats have to stop acting like they must be respectful of the will of GOP voters, who have rightful, legitimate, lawful concerns.
There is not aisle to reach across.

Hoover dismissed starvation in the 30s by constantly promising "prosperity is just around the corner."

Trump dismisses the current affordability crisis by promising that prosperity is already here, so long as you believe him and not your lying eyes.

Remember DNC, it doesn't matter who you run, Fox news will call them a socialist. You could endorse the corpse of Ronald Reagan and their first segment would be "Extreme socialist Reagan picked by Soros to destroy America"

Stop caring what fox news says, and listen to your base. It clearly works.

I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.
