Popping back in to the last day of #ArtAdventCalendar to share my animation class final from this semester! There are a few tweaks I'd like to make, but this is its current form.

Some silly rough drawings from a specific D&D session last year! I would really like to get better at making comics but alas my writing ability is...lacking :P. I'mmmm doing my best

uuhh I am nervous about getting animation done in time look!more ceramics

Here's some recent stuff I made last summer! I like Ghibli, can you tell :p Third image is bottom of a piece that I carved all over w/ different Ghiblis, but colors on the rest didn't turn out well
A video showing ceramic pencil cup. It's speckled clay with a blue-tinted glaze that has used wax resist to expose underglaze art. It's painted with a blue winding dragon and white clouds. On one side is an art nouveau-esque flower motif in blue. A glazed ceramic square carved with five different panels depicting scenes from the Ghibli movies Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Way, Howl's Moving Castle, and Secret World of Arrietty. The circular bottom of a ceramic cylinder, carved with a depiction of the toxic jungle from the Ghibli movie Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (featuring an Ohm). It's underglazed in shades of blue and white over brown clay, with the Ohm's eyes painted red.

Day 10 of #ArtAdventCalendar! 💚 A mossy green humpback whale, sculpted from coarse paper mache and painted with acrylics.

I missed days 8 and 9 because I had to force myself to finish final projects, but now I just have to grind out an animation so I'm alive again! Here's some clay stuff I've done; I'm terrible at throwing, but I love carving and handbuilding. Pardon the terrible pictures.
An air dry pencil cup. It's carved to have wood texture, sprouting clay mushrooms on the outside. There's a circular window in it, and a small door with a ladder and mailbox. A gold moon symbol is placed above the door. There's a tiny clay person sitting on the rim, and. The pencil cup is painted a dusky blue, with the mushrooms being pale orange. A small ceramic bowl made with a Totoro face. There's an orange filling the entire bowl. A ceramic pencil cup made in the shape of a house and glazed blue, with windows carved into it and a small blue bird sitting in the chimney. The flat bottom of a ceramic piece. It is carved with a scene from The Secret World of Arrietty, with Arrietty spinning around in her plant-filled room, and painted with underglaze.

I always end up making a lot of art when I'm in a D&D campaign. This guy is a cool NPC that we encountered in a battle tournament, but we didn't end up fighting him.
