And like Brexit, a referendum in Alberta seems particularly ripe for Russian meddling to undermine 🇨🇦. Especially with so many credulous conservatives already lapping up disinfo. Fascist Russia is already at war with Western democracies and this is a golden opportunity from Putin’s point of view.

Terrible. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the UK also massively subsidizes burning massive amounts of wood - including old-growth trees(!) from BC - to generate a lot of its power. At a time when renewables + storage are cheap and dependable!!!

Totally. NATO members + EU states have been WAY too slow to support Ukraine, to see fascist Russia for what it is, and to appreciate the scale of the threat. Even now, many in Canada and Europe don’t understand that Ukraine is defending the wider democratic world - the Kremlin is at war with us too!
