I have the Photos widget on my iPad cos it mainly shows me pictures of my cat as a kitten, but right now it’s showing a 12 year old picture of me in Slovenia, and I somehow look like Fat Old Haley Joel Osment. Suffice to say, I do _not_ look like that now, and I’m not sure how I ever did. Huh.

Just saw some millennials shit-talking Achtung Baby and cried a little inside. I get the overall U2 hate, really, I do, but Achtung Baby, Zooropa, maybe Pop (depending on my mood) run is Good Actually, and that's not just my nostalgia speaking.

Movies are fucking great, so I created a letterboxd that I will not be sharing here. After my 25 times going to movies last year and forgetting a couple of them until I dredged my memory, I’d like to have a log. I do need to teach myself to not rate _everything_ I like at five stars, though!

I somehow found myself on the wiki page for a modern US Maoist group I hadn't heard of and have spent the last ten minutes meandering through mazes of splitting/merging Marxist-Leninist orgs in the US from the last 60 years. Feels like as many different orgs as their total member count.
