Hehe, finally had time to revamp a bit Warpy. It's now possible to concatenate a series of transformed sections in a 3D stack for #QuPath. Computed on the fly and with reasonable performance (image and transform field caching).

Our first deposition of synaptic vesicles segmentations is now in the Cryo ET Portal! We segmented vesicles in over 50 tomograms to enable analysis of membrane proteins and more.
