Feels like I could use this forever
In the early 90s, there was a day when I woke up earlier than my parents, went down to the tv, turned on Comedy Central, and watched MST3K alone. No clue exactly how old, but it's one of my earliest clear memories. I still enjoy the show nearly 35 years later. We put our faith in Blast Hardcheese!

In case anyone missed how fucking fucked @schumer.senate.gov's shitty little capitulation deal was, this is a part of it. And (didn't fully research this, but saw a headline about it) the House didn't strip the language out of its end, soooo we're just here now. Visiting MN/MI more often in future?

I'm glad that smarter people than I can articulate this in a way I've been feeling but also struggling to say. Every day is just a million stories about how rich people do shit that should be illegal, and is very much immoral, and rarely if ever face consequences. I'm just trying to live.
The Epstein story gets a something that is tearing at the heart of the electorate: elite impunity. The idea that wealthy and powerful people can do terrible things *at scale* and face no consequences for them. Whatever political party actually stops it could rule the country for a generation.

My household is terrible at prepping proper dinners. During my last grocery store trip, I bought a microwave-ready tray of turkey breast and some heat-and-eat mashed potatoes. Pair those with some green beans in a can, and ten minutes later I have dinner. When time and energy are a factor, go quick.

Found a fun bug in BALL x PIT tonight. The Lord Of Owls descended off screen and never returned. I spent two hours just hoping some bats would eventually take out the boss, since the hitbox was still somewhat active, and it worked! Also the floor tiles ran out because the level took too long. Lmao

On my day off, I picked up my kiddo from school, let her play on the playground for a while, and went grocery shopping with her while listening to the Brewers on my phone. Coming home, settling in with dinner, popping on Bluesky and reading as habit... feels like a mistake given the current news.

Short answer: yes! Depending on how you define what "social media" is, I've been using social media for decades. I could sit down and give specific examples eventually, but decades is a long time.
