I understand folks are scared but I want you to think about the mechanics of this.

There are more polling places (>100k) than ICE and CBP agents combined, so they can only pick a few districts to try to intimidate.

Now what happens when cell phone footage of that goes online in the early morning?

Addressing Marimar Martinez, Blumenthal shows text messages from the CBP agent who shot her and says:

"Charles Exum sought to assassinate you, and then DHS sought to assassinate your character. That is unconscionable and intolerable."

Garcia, up again, ends by holding up a photo of Stephen Miller and says:

"There is probably no single person who has done more damage and more harm to people across this country...than this man right here. It's our job...to hold him responsible for the crimes that are happening to U.S. citizens."

Next witness to testify is Marimar Martinez, a U.S. citizen and Chicago resident who was shot five times by CBP agents in October and was later charged with assaulting the agents who shot her. The U.S. Attorney's Office dropped those charges six weeks later.

Already seated, listening to Garcia and now Sen. Blumenthal, are two of Renee Nicole Good's brothers, Luke and Brent Ganger.

Blumenthal says Good and Alex Pretti, while here in spirit, "should be here in person, but they were murdered. They were murdered by their own government, in cold blood."

Dear media, stop acting like Trump means what he says

So their justification for holding back all the time was to protect the victims and then their dumb corrupt asses did this anyway. And whatever they're doing to hide him isn't working either because hiding him isn't possible. He's the main character other than the guy. Shameful and disgusting.

Republicans just lost a district Trump won by 17 points- in Texas. That’s not an anomaly, it’s a pattern. Democrats are building on our historic overperformance, and we’re not slowing down. November is coming, and we’re ready. ALL GAS, NO BRAKES!!
Texas State Senate 9 Special Runoff - PROJECTION

- 🔵 ☑️ Taylor Rehmet (D) - 54,228 (57.2%)
- 🔴 Leigh Wambsganss (R) - 40,570 (42.8%)

We can project that Taylor Rehmet has won election to the Texas State Senate, flipping this seat to the Democrats.

Not for the first time, I find myself reflecting on how insane it is that top to bottom, in the entire hierarchy of the GOP, there is not a single person with any meaningful decision-making power who has a shred of political instincts. These people are all, to an individual, monumental idiots.
Genuinely wild that the GOP could have had a potentially durable multiracial working class majority, and they threw it all away because they’d rather be heinously racist and brutal than position themselves to hold and retain power.
