This should concern Canada especially, the US is also running an operation in an attempt to disrupt its current government as well. The CIA is in full swing across North America with even less oversight.
Several things are possible at the same time in Mexico, people are fed up with impunity and cartel violence, and Trump’s CIA is actively attempting to use those grievances to coerce the overthrow of the government.
