The two-child limit has impoverished families across the UK for too long. Being a parent is tough, being a parent in poverty is harder.

Today's announcement on the two-child limit will be a relief for many.

Today's announcement on scrapping the two-child limit is the culmination of years of campaigning from social workers & other anti-poverty campaigners. 💪

BASW has proudly fought for this damaging policy to be consigned to history. As a result, thousands of children will now be lifted out of poverty.
