Getting away from politics, I have been a widower for 7 years now and started hanging out with a old girlfriend from the 80's the last year and we have a good friendship. The only thing is I am starting to have feelings more than friendship , any advice?

I grew up in the 70's and watched the Women's Rights movement inspire a generation of young girls like to me to call bullshit on being a second-class citizen. It breaks my heart that the rights we fought so hard for, are gone. 💔
Our rights are slipping away. Young women nowadays have less rights than my mother did in the 70’s.
This wasn’t as long ago as you might think.
Women couldn’t even have credit in their own name until 1975. Equal rights for all hurt no one.

I think the republican congress should watch the old show Schoolhouse Rock were how a bill becomes a law, I think they forgot the president doesn't make the laws and that there is 3 equal branches of government. I even know this being a Canadian.
