How is it legal to deport a person to a country they are from? A misdemeanor offense warrants being sent to a prison in a country that is being paid to take the "worst of the worst". I believe true criminals should be deported , but to their countries , not shithole prisons in El Salvador & Africa

Conditions in these detention centers are pretty bad. My question is, what will happen to the conditions and the people being detained when funding for DHS/ICE is stopped?

I thought they were deporting people? I didn't think my tax dollars were going to be used for a "new" business involving $Billions spent on building & storing people like cattle. This is just another grift by trump/miller to make their puppet masters billions of dollars at the expense of people
