I am definitely looking forward to PDX's south and north ends being finished, so the ways out for arriving passengers will be so much clearer. (A lot of people with only carry-ons forget we have two levels and walk to our booth thinking it's the rental car place or the Uber/Left pick-up.)

I used to live near and often use Washington Dulles, one of the country's most striking airports, and I wish more airports at least looked striking, too.
