Guess SEPTA wants to buy Exo's old comet fleet. Shapiro is cracking open the emergency funds to do quite a bit

Couple bits in writing: They acknowledge the stop spacing as an issue that was raised in outreach
Also the capital side of this would've been meant $150 million for upgrades.. (we'll see how much of that can happen. iirc, some of the end-of-line projects have been put off)

Found a YouTube channel that's been digitizing film reels one of which was someone filming the last day of service to Reading Terminal. Imagine that station approach nowadays had we not gotten the tunnel
