Something else I can also say very early on is that there are author endnotes that are frustrating to read because they aren’t numbered like endnotes. There’s a sword icon instead, but if you flip to the end, they are in fact numbered. And I just wish it was straight up numbered endnotes.

I sent the cover and blurb to my gay roommate who I got into WoW when he saw a male night elf twirling on my screen and decided he wanted to play one. Later on, he’d be doing heroic raids outfits made to look like 8/8 devout gear, when he wasn’t healing pugs half naked for the challenge of it.

Another library book I got on the last day they’d hold it for me. I feared that it would be a bit advanced for me because I never played later gen MMOs, but then the author opened with an intro straight up naming WoW, an 8 page glossary, and a prologue quote by Kael’thas. This was made for ME.

The thing about adhd brain and requesting books from the library as soon as I hear about it is that it’s been a few weeks and I have no idea where I heard of this book and don’t even know what it was about.
