I’ve got recipes for spatchcocked bird, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and dinner rolls in my food aversion acceptance cookbook and guide COLOR TASTE TEXTURE. But I will probably never have a stuffing recipe, because nothing beats Vincent Price’s Wayside Stuffing. It’s my one must have.

Last year for my first Thanksgiving in AoNZ we had spatchcocked roasted ducks, root veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Vincent Price’s Wayside Stuffing.
