There is so much pressure not to be "lazy" that we are hurting ourselves for some nebulous goal of "being active" and I hate it so fucking much. Sleep is necessary. Sleep is good. It is not an indulgence or laziness or anything negative. You do not need to "earn" sleep.

Where as I don't doubt that's true of abuse survivors, Kelly has a big fucking platform and is using it to excuse the abuse of teenage girls. It's not acceptable, no matter her reasoning
