As a Colorado attorney, Trump can only pardon federal crimes. He cannot pardon state crimes. Tina Peters was convicted of state crimes based on state law. Trump cannot pardon Tina Peters just because she committed such crimes for Trump. She stays in prison. Trump is delusional or getting bad advice.
