Here's some encouraging news: I volunteer with an organization that assists older folks to remain living in their homes. Today, I visited an 81-year-old who has dementia. Her younger sister (@ 79) was there, too. Having gotten to know them a bit, I had assumed they were Republicans, although 1/
I started watching The Pianist, a movie about the persecution of Polish Jews before and during WW2. I had seen it when it came out in 2002, but I remembered very little about it, except that I thought it was an excellent and sad movie. 1/
