ordinary Complaint looks like. END
It looks pretty obvious, to me, that Wolff's suit is designed to make M. Trump back off of her threats, rather than to actually pursue the litigation. Doesn't mean he won't pursue it if she doesn't agree to settle, but all the threats HE makes of what he'll do with his suit is *not* what an 1/
Why do most people believe that the Epstein files are not being shredded?
Jeez, I was misspeaking a lot, yesterday! Sorry!
Don't tell me my hero (Tom) was unoriginal! ;)
Are those the benefits that were available to RFK when he was a child? Because somehow, despite them all, he became a heroin addict, among other unhealthy things.
If Anna were *not* a journalist, then there would be no argument at all against her repeating or publishing anything Halligan told her.
Accordingly, I've deleted my prior post.
My apologies, Anna. I saw the reference to "niece" and, not knowing that a great-niece was involved, I assumed you were referring to the wrong property (which, actually, James' lawyer, Lawrence O'Donnell and commentators had done). My bad.
What's wrong with you? I'm "purposely" not doing something? My point is that I have insider information? You've got quite an imagination.
I am not confused about this. Her lawyer was, before he read the indictment, as were several commentators on MSNBC.
Alternatively, read the relevant dates provided in the indictment; then read her attorney's letter to DOJ arguing for no prosecution, specifically, the exhibits showing dates that do not match those alleged in the indictment. (Because her lawyer also assumed it was the house bought for the niece.)
Google it yourself. Several commentators initially assumed it was the house the niece was to live in. They were wrong. She owns 2 homes in VA and the one referenced in the indictment is NOT the one she bought for her niece.
O.M.G. Please say it isn't true!
Fine. So everyone will just re-incorporate in a state that doesn't change those laws.
It took me a few seconds before I understood your comment! I myself take autism pills daily, 3 x a day, for arthritis. But at least I'm not pregs. ;)
Bummer, Will. All was peaceful in San Francisco, today (but my old bod is VERY tired!)
Oh my, I thought it was Alaska!

A woman was arrested for "lewd conduct" because she was dressed in penis suit with a sign that said "No dick-tator"
3 cops on a 53 yo woman.
Imagine how much it would cost to pay - let's say $100 apiece - to over 5 million people to protest. Not even Soros would want to shell out that sum.
