Day 2 in Oslo was also wonderful. Explored Hovedøya island and the National Museum. I forgot to take a pic of my favorite Edvard Munch piece, unfortunately, but I have to say that several of his paintings were much more powerful and heartbreaking than I expected.

This section caught my eye. A lot of cars driving past does not necessarily make a place appealing for people to be. But it's exciting to think what might be possible.

Played White Bear Yacht Club today (and shot a season best 77!) as part of a Golfer's Journal event. Listen, I'm never gonna drop tens of thousands of dollars on a club membership, even if I could. But I am saying I see why people do. Astonishing course & facilities.

Dream come true yesterday playing Chambers Bay on day 1 of my birthday trip. It's hard to capture how dramatic the views and golf shots are, but it lived up to expectatiosn. Then a perfect finish to the day, just me, a book and a pint at a local pizza pub. Off to Gamble Sands today.
