i think anime youtubers who simply handwave psychotically creepy elements of certain shows as "anime bullshit" without saying what the bullshit is, are cowards. Either afraid of pushback from creeps in their audience, or think they're being cheeky. It hurts the reputation of the medium.

Coming out of the Magfest bubble into Minnesota occupied by ICE is a plunge into a freezing lake out of a sauna. Going from everything I want to love & hold & protect to seeing people dragged out by masked men, journalists & advocates arrested & harassed
