Both these cultures of "criticism", which was very usually just bullying, have killed the ability to fully engage and grow in creativity for thousands and thousands of people. I have talked to countless artists afraid to share work online because of it.

i honestly think the toxic negativity of the animation 'fandom' on twitter might be worse than the "Your Webcomic is Bad" era of art 'criticism' at this point

these guys have control of the country, the persecution and misery of the people they hate is up, and they're still spending all day yelling at an indie game being woke. they really have not known happiness in a long, long time, huh?

wow the knightling has serious hidden gem vibes. solid 3d platforming moveset/feel, decent but not-too-large open world, nice art direction with cute NPCs. if it just ran a tiny bit better on the steam deck it'd be a no doubter recommendation

I might be coming down with something BUT!! I did write the first half of BS Remastered #4. this is another episode I have to recreate from scratch, so I'm having some fun with it like I did in #3. I've added a whole extra section with Elly, and you will enjoy who Phil & Julie meet across the street

i've written the wraparounds to the GOTY vol 1 video, over the weekend I might work on commissions and the BSR #4 script, and then the following week i'll be sort of alternating between editing work and animation work.

if I was Epic, i'd debate putting UE4 back up for licensing and personal use, it seems like buying brand new rigs is going to be out of the realm of possibility for p much anyone, and this might be an ideal time to scale productions down and widen the net on how many home computers can play games
