Yes, there’s similar for iOS but I doubt NT staff would accept it as an alternative

Please submit to "the powers that be" that I'd love for your mobile app to have customer profiles on it, and an ability to show a membership card electronically (even better, add it to an Android/Apple wallet too).

It can't be cheap for you having to send me replacements. That's assuming I even remember to take it with me in the 1st place. And all of these mean, until I find or replace my card, having to sign in manually when I get to your site, adding time and expense to your on-site teams.

If you read the article further, the 2 things they say were their fault is in fact how WordPress works out of the box (and they say one of the issues was a plug-in and, well, it wasn't).

In a case of "workman blaming their tools", they take a pot shot at open source software, when in fact it was their own configuration and testing that was to blame.

Couldn't you say the same for a mobile app? Why not just use the mobile browser? After all, it leads to better performance and better designed UI.
