I am looking forward to 2026. For one, my life has changed drastically after finally getting a diagnosis on my own after my doctor dismissed me for decades. I worked today, then flipped the mattress/put new sheets on the bed, got all the dishes done, cleaned the bathroom, & long walk with the doggo.

Any science-based herbal medicine practitioner is going to have at least a basic understanding of organic chemistry and the workings of signaling pathways, CNS, musculoskeletal system, and more. It may not be our favorite studies, but necessary. Refreshing my brain this morning.

I stocked up on a lot of things prior to tariffs, but only have a few months left on things like coffee. How is it out there? Am I going to be shocked when I have to shop?

I’ve been on the “get back to physical media” for a while now and need to get my old cd’s into disc sleeve storage cases to save room. So, should they go alphabetically or firs by genre and then alphabetically?
