1/ NATO can’t force the U.S. to send troops. Article 5 says each nation takes action as it deems necessary. That can mean sanctions, logistics, intel—not necessarily combat forces. Gabbard frames NATO as drafting American troops. That’s not how the treaty works.

Something that pisses me off to no end are people who criticize or mock very small pro-democracy protests for being very small.
Get your ass off the couch, join them and make it a bigger protest, but do not ever have bad things to say about those who showed up.

Don't just be mad & sit on your hands. Make a point of attending every. single. small. weekly. protest in your town. Take it as seriously as getting to the gym on a regular basis, because it's WAY more important. Show up with a sign that pushes back on what you are the most fucking pissed off about.
