Also, let me know if there's anything I should fix on it? So far I'm aware that apps that take along time to load (I'm looking at you Outlook) can end up on the wrong desktop, which I'm working on updating. All feedback is welcomed #softwaredevelopment

We also were taught to say the person's name at minimum 3 times during the interaction, which was annoying to us IT bros.
Also, you couldn't say "No problem" when thanked for something, because that indicates that was actually a problem, even though you said, "No problem". 🤷
