Funnily enough, I'm off to an exhibition celebrating more than 40 yrs of an artists studio space in Temple Bar this evening. Something made possible only cos the scrappy space artists found & made for themselves in an unloved part of the city in 1982 was saved by a grand vision for the city

The tenants of "The Complex" the brilliant arts space just off Capel St Stop are being evicted in January and the city can't afford to lose yet *another* cultural space.

You can't call yourself "a prize for LGBTQ+ literature" and longlist a self-proclaimed terf. Anyone can give any prize to anyone they like, of course. But don't pretend you're a prize for my community when you're platforming someone who's actively fighting against it.
