1) An old woman who came out of Wake Up Dead Man and yelled at Kahlil: “Is that thing Meryl Streep in Dead Man Knives??”
2) A guy who called asking for tickets for a movie called “Jesus L.A.,” which the theatre is not screening and might not be a real movie.

I love it when my boyfriend tells me about the bozos at his movie theatre job. Today someone came in and asked to see the Spike Lee movie that’s showing at Cannes.

One day just before the pandemic I was walking on the long pier that juts into Lake Michigan when this old lady came up to me and pointed out this graffiti she made. She said she liked to swim around the area, except when the police boats would come.
