Good morning bsky you're great and all but if you wanna fight with me about this you're gonna have to go to my profile and follow me first, nbd. You can unfollow when you're done, I don't care, I'm just too old to thrive in an open season.

Yeah we need the cubic calculation!

So many of the things that saved my life in my twenties are just unavailable to people currently in their twenties despite my best efforts and that fuckin sucks man.

Not that I don't believe you but is there a source for this? I found a reference to an antisemitic prison gang too but yours sounds more plausible in this very specific context.

They sound very poorly-suited to one another.

I don’t think many people realize how infinitely complex the human brain is and the difficulty level of many of the basic tasks it performs in relation to interacting with the world. With less data in less organized blocks than any LLM has ever received, human toddlers can speak multiple languages.

Were I a wiser person less prone to pettiness I'd skip the comments, but I guess I yam what I yam.
November 30, 2025 at 2:05 AM
When I'm feeling petty I hang out in comment threads dropping "that's not relevant to the conversation" over and over and then muting. When I'm not feeling petty it's a block. Especially if it's in reply to something that's explicitly not American in any way.

Yeah I know what you're talking about I just really super duper don't think Hitler's dick was what made him decide to be the villain of the century.

They're definitely from a Pillsbury canister

Truly the single least relevant piece of information

What part of the situation don't I understand when I say "disqualifying"? I don't think anything here contradicts what I said.
November 29, 2025 at 9:25 PM
Ok well then they're either evil or incompetent and in either case that should be disqualifying.
November 29, 2025 at 8:59 PM
Yes please! My kid would love this.
November 29, 2025 at 3:54 PM
Fair! Hard to tell sometimes.
November 29, 2025 at 3:51 PM
I'm not sure how that's much different from what I said.

The sleaziest thing I've ever known him do is marry somebody probably way too young for him way back when, but the way they've been ever since has kind of balanced that out for me. And he clearly loves all of his many kids so, so much.

It's not a fact, though. That $12bn was only ever theoretical revenue on a line-go-up PowerPoint slide, it's not like we all bought a bunch of stuff and returned it and took our money back. We never had the money to spend in the first place.
