The worst case scenario for an AOC presidential run in 2028 is that she’s setting herself up for 2032 or 2036.

She is going to be president someday—it’s just a matter of time.
You Know What? Maybe the Time Is Right for an AOC Presidential Bid
She’s only 36, and there’s a good argument that she should run for Senate and bide her time. But she also could be a formidable White House candidate.

Ossoff: "Among today's false prophets are the election deniers who indulge this president's obsession with overturning the 2020 election. Hear me when I say this -- they tell a lie so absurd, and therefore so debasing, that the act of telling it proves the teller's total and humiliating submission."

I often watch film performances and think about what the text looked like on the page and how the actor saw those words and came up with their choices…

… and the one I think about a lot is how Robert Duvall decided to put across “it’s a big, fat, big-titted hit” in NETWORK.

Singular perfection.

While I maintain that Vertigo is Hitchcock's best, I can understand why someone would dislike it.

Rear Window, on the other hand, is that rare perfection where I can't comprehend how someone couldn't enjoy it. Godfather 1 (even if 2 is better) and Wizard of Oz are other examples of this.
