I've also made a sprite for another character, Cano! Inki's main rival and side-antagonist throughout the game. Outfit not final but I like how he looks currently.

made the basis for a task system where each entity is given a job, which generates a list of tasks for day, noon, and night based on the job as well as other factors i'll show off later if this test project even continues

For a sneak peek of the new Grapple Run levels to be featured in the full game, here's a little point of comparison. Some maps have multiple layers of track.

The most amount of layers in one level is around 2 in the demo. This level layout has 4.

A fun detail about Grapplerun's development:
The layout drawings from each level end up looking like crazy scribbles.

But it works: the resulting level ends up being large enough to even reach 8200x5200ish pixels! Below is a layout drawing from the first level.
