Absolutely this. Imagining a third party that is going to magically save all is pointless. We need to force change from within the Dem party, retire the roadblocks and replace them with real progressive leaders. There are more of us than there are of them, and we don’t have to keep electing cowards
There’s a two party duopoly in this nation.
Is it great? No! Is it reality? Yes.
Creating a third party means building up an entirely new infrastructure from scratch and then fighting both R & D.
Taking over the Dem Party is an easier and more effective route. It’ll take time, but it’s worth it.
