Thank you for your post. I’ve become gradually more disabled over the last 5 years. During most of this time I have been housebound & often bed bound. I managed to go out socially a couple of times recently & it has been interesting to see how differently people act towards me as compared to before

just a reminder: if you're too scared to talk to that person with a disability because they're disabled, you're probably missing out on a really cool person/friendship and that's your loss... they already know how important and cool they are.

Someone should write about even fellow trans people in the media and advocacy groups have a tendency to only talk about trans men with regards to pregnancy. As if that’s the majority of our concerns and experiences. It’s as if that’s all we have to offer.
