Google creates user embeddings for each user and web page. it's NOT using target audiences, segments, demographics, etc.
yes, make AI personas to guide the AI to make better content, but it's just a guide for the AI. the persona don't really exist.

but it doesn't discuss Dems' own election postmortem analysis: big corps & wealthy donors control the party, which prevents actions against them.
also, Dems concur w military hegemony, which takes much of budget. nothing left for social programs.

The reality: The AI companies are building for the sake of building. Very few can actually USE the advanced AI tools.

from my experience, the description of the shift sounds correct.
I remember the anarchy of the web 1994 to 1998. quite fun.
SV 2000 to 2020 was Big Corps: Google, FB, etc.
these days, a great part of AI is aligned w military hegemony to get billions in contracts.

there is also the MAGA, who can vote out anyone who opposes Trump. that's a powerful combination. GOP are afraid of him.
