very hard to make a good illustration of GIGO.
> make a funny New Yorker cartoon of "garbage in garbage out " (GIGO) in computer data. an office worker stands behind his desk. he empties a garbage pail in the back of a desktop computer tower. the garbage flows out from the front screen.

FYI, some SEO people say lazy load prevents an LLM AI from seeing images on a webpage.
no. AI loads the entire page in a virtual browser (headless version of Chrome) called Web Rendering Service (WRS). it sees text and images.
so... use lazy load.

Traffic to many sites is dropping due to AI:
- Set your analytics to Jan. 1, 2022 to present.
- Look at User Acquisition by channel.
- Look at Organic Search (that's Google).
- What's the trend? Up or down?
If down, increase spend in Paid Search (ads). Increase the Direct traffic.

all the talk in SEO is about Google.
what about Bing? It has ~17.74% of US desktop search & 4B monthly visits. Microsoft Office = 48.08% (Google Workspace = 46.44%).
Bing AI Summaries have the same basic technology as Google AI. Bing adds multimodality and more details than Google AI.

many marketing agencies, consultants, etc. are using classical digital marketing methods to work with AI.
AI doesn't work that way.
either they don't know or they know but they do it anyway to make money.
it's like a gas station sells gasoline for a Tesla just to make money.
