Run by Adam Smith. Same thing as on the other place but without having to put up with the pornbots and racists encouraged by the world's stupidest billionaire. Loads of #LFC content.
*If* Slot gets sacked in the next couple of weeks, I wonder whether we’ll look back on that van Dijk handball in the same way as the Gerrard penalty miss under Hodgson. I think it will be adding context that wasn’t really there, but I do wonder if that’s what people will say in the years to come.

The way I see it, a lot of people want the manager sacked because it's the one big red button you can press at this stage of the season. There's no other big call you can make that might have an immediate impact. But that's not the right reason to make the change

Some folks want blood but i'm a hard NO on sacking the coach.
A caretaker doesnt change the pressure on the players, give them new found confidence or accelerate the process for those still grieving.
All you do is sack a league winning coach who had to manage one of his players dying #lfc

My final thought for the evening is this: for #LFC fans absolutely convinced that Slot needs to be sacked, one of the names on the shortlist to replace Klopp was Beheaddie Howe. So…be careful what you wish for.

The squad is fucked mentally. It started with Jota but it's probably more than that now. Slot looks to not be up to that from a man management point of view. But a random new manager trying to deal with that could easily make it worse. So it goes.
I don’t want the manager sacked. The problem is, I’m not sure what else can get us out of this rut. My biggest worry is what happens if they sack him, bring someone else in and nothing changes, which isn’t exactly out of the question. It’s a nightmare of a season.

We could’ve had three penalties tonight. I’m not saying the result was even remotely on the referee, I’m just saying that when your luck isn’t in it really isn’t in.

I imagine it was really shit to be at Anfield tonight, but at least you haven’t had to listen to Sam Matterface #FindingThePositives

I’m honestly at a loss about what to say now. You can say what you want about the manager, but he isn’t telling Kerkez to be the wrong side of his man or Konaté to fuck up like that. We’ve played well tonight but not had a single break go our way.

Thoughts:
-Possibly Kirkez’s best game since he arrived
-We looked really good after I feared the worst when we conceded
-The ref is having a laugh
-Salah’s decision making is now a real worry
-Szoboszlai our POTM so far
-Ekitike is so exciting
-van Dijk will either score the winner or get sent off

The fella having a ciggie on that replay then 😂 What a selfish dick.

Virgil was being pulled, but you can’t put your arm up in the air like that in the Champions League and not expect to be punished. When it rains, etc.

One thing that’s been occurring to me lately is this: I’ve seen lots of people suggest the players deserve a lot of leeway because of the loss of Diogo. I’ve seen very few people suggest the manager also deserves some leeway. He hasn’t become a bad manager overnight. He will also have been impacted.

No question, #LFC are in a rut right now, but I'm not entirely convinced that sacking the manager alone is enough to get us out of it. Slot isn't helping himself at times, but it will take more than just replacing him to turn it around. More: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

Is Arne Slot's time at Anfield coming to an end? We can't keep losing, but I'm not ready to pin the blame entirely on the Dutchman just yet. He's got plenty wrong, but he's been unlucky & is working with a squad in mourning. Read more here: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

What happened to Jota in the summer continues to have an impact on #LFC, whether some people want to admit it or not. It doesn't mean Slot's blameless for our current issues, but it's important to mention it in any discussions. Read my latest here: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

Arne Slot is under pressure, there's no question about that. Quite how much pressure he should be under is a matter of debate, but there's no doubt that #LFC are in a rut right now. Too many people are ignoring the death of Jota when it comes to why. More: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

Is Arne Slot's time at #LFC coming to an end? The manager is under pressure, having lost 6 out of 7 Premier League games, the same amount as the 58 games before this run. The Reds are struggling to find any form, but is that entirely down to him? Read more: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

This #LFC team is mentally weak. Can’t cope with any adversity at all. There’s a very clear, Jota-shaped reason why that’s the case & I think far too many people are acting as if that just isn’t a thing. I honestly have no idea how they get passed it, but I’m not sure a new manager is all it takes.
November 23, 2025 at 2:54 PM
I’m not calling for Slot’s head or anything as daft as that, but I’m genuinely at a loss as to where we go from here.
November 22, 2025 at 4:41 PM
Not saying I’m sick to the back teeth of watching Liverpool lose, but I have started doing my tax return because it’s less boring.

We need a better option off the left. So much going through Gakpo and nine times out of ten he cuts inside and gives it away.
November 22, 2025 at 3:54 PM
Obviously I’m SHOCKED that a player right in front of Alisson hasn’t been given as offside, given everyone said Robertson WAS offside against City. Not like it’s one rule for us and another rule for everyone else.
November 22, 2025 at 3:35 PM
Wow. Who could possibly have predicted this. Who was it on VAR again? Oh yeah, the fella who was paid by Man City’s owners not long ago. Still, thankfully there can’t POSSIBLY be any corruption with English officials. Ludicrous to even suggest it.
