Só faz sentido falar em alargar o acesso a residências universitárias se houver lugar para todos independentemente do rendimento. Se não chegam, e não chegam, é alargar a quem não precisa é roubar o lugar a quem precisa. O que faz as declarações do ministro ainda mais obscenas.
